Attorney Panday has been practicing with BossioLaw for several years. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2007, she attended the University of California, Davis School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2010. While in law school, she received several academic awards including the 2009 Jackson Lewis Scholarship for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legislative Process. While in law school, Ms. Panday clerked at the U.S. Attorney General’s Office, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the UC Davis Prison Law Clinic and Disability Rights California. She also represented the UC Davis Moot Court team at the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Ms. Panday has successfully represented individuals for compensation for personal injury arising from toxic exposures, vehicle accidents, and from injuries arising from dangerous conditions of property. She has represented clients in mediations and second-chaired numerous trials throughout the Bay Area. In her free time, Ms. Panday likes to go for long hikes with friends and her dog, Sophie, and host dinners at her home in Oakland.

Paralegal Karen Marcelino has been a key team member of BossioLaw for the last 10 years. She attended business college and went on to work for two decades at one of the largest banks and brokerage firms in the United States, headquartered in San Francisco. In the second iteration of her career, she manages the financial aspects of the law firm, and as a paralegal, she is actively engaged with the attorneys in preparing cases for trial. Ms. Marcelino lives in Windsor with her husband and their son. They enjoy wine tasting, traveling to Cabo for vacations and planning for her early retirement.
