Cheryl D. Bossio

Attorney Bossio was born and raised in New England and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue a legal career in 1989. After working on the defense side for 16 years, she founded her plaintiff’s practice in 2006 specializing in representing families, and particularly young children, in toxic tort cases.

Cheryl and her husband, Bruce, enjoy adventure travel and have visited 37 countries together. They are animal lovers and have two sweet dogs, Nico & Bleu, and a pretty mare named Maisie.

Attorney Panday has been practicing with BossioLaw for several years.

Agatha Ibarra Panday

Attorney Panday has been practicing with BossioLaw for 12 years. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2007, she attended the University of California, Davis School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2010. While in law school, she received several academic awards including the 2009 Jackson Lewis Scholarship for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legislative Process. While in law school, Ms. Panday clerked at the U.S. Attorney General’s Office, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the UC Davis Prison Law Clinic and Disability Rights California. She also represented the UC Davis Moot Court team at the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.

In her free time, Agatha likes to go for long hikes with friends and her beloved dogs and especially enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter.

Paralegal  Leslie M. Diaz Lee  Leslie  has 15 years of experience in management, team building and customer service.

Leslie M. Diaz Lee

Paralegal Diaz Lee has grown her legal career with BossioLaw for the last 8 years. Prior to that, she had 15 years of experience in management, team building and customer service. She handles new client intakes, paralegal duties and all things behind the scenes that make the office run smoothly.

Outside of work, Leslie has been happily married for 12 years and is the proud mother of four children. Family is at the heart of everything for her. Passionate about exploring new places, she loves to travel. Leslie also enjoys the physical and mental challenge of running Spartan Races with her husband and it is not uncommon for them to run up to Tahoe with the whole family for a weekend of family time and snowboarding.

Paralegal Karen Marcelino

Karen Marcelino, Emeritus

Ms. Marcelino has been a key team member of BossioLaw for the last 15 years. She attended business college and went on to work for two decades at one of the largest banks and brokerage firms in the United States, headquartered in San Francisco. In the second iteration of her career, she managed the financial aspects of the law firm, and as a paralegal, she actively engaged with the attorneys in preparing cases for trial. Karen fully retired in 2024 and fortunately, continues to consult with our office.

Karen lives in Windsor with her husband and their son. They enjoy wine tasting and traveling to Cabo for vacations.
